Measuring
We have been using multi link to measure Easter Bunnies. We counted the number of multi link used and recorded the number on the sheet. Then we indicated which was the tallest rabbit and which was the shortest.

Printing using 3D shapes
This week we are using 3D shapes to print with. We are naming the 3D shapes we are printing with and naming the 2D shapes they create on the paper.

Drawing around 2D shapes to create a dinosaur
This week we are investigating 2D shapes and learning about dinosaurs. So we are using 2D shapes to draw around to create our very own dinosaurs. The children have to decide the size and shape which would be the most appropriate for a body, head, tail, neck and legs.

Creating a wild thing
The children have used their funky fingers to roll and shape the play dough into a wild thing. They have then used a range of materials such as feathers, buttons, Pom-poms, match sticks etc. to create the features on their wild thing!

Name writing
This week we are practising writing our names using these laminated sheets. The children use a whiteboard pen, enabling them to rub out and try again.
