3D shapes we have found
Aubrey has found cylinders, a cube and a sphere at home.
I have found a cylinder and a sphere.
George found a picture of his mum and dad at the pyramids. He then went shopping and saw a pyramid at Morrisons.

All About shapes
We have been learning all about 3D shapes and this week we are using different shapes to create other shapes and structures.
Harley has used squares and triangles to form a triangular prism as the roof of his house and squares to create a cube for it to sit upon.

Chinese Lanterns
look at our lovely Chinese Lanterns! We have been practising our cutting skills to create the slits in the lantern. Red and gold are very lucky colours for the Chinese so we have used these colours to bring everyone good luck for the New Chinese Year.

Rocking Tigers

Painting Penguins
Last week we made 3D models of penguins and this week we are using our mark making skills to paint a 2D picture.

Making Bird Feeders

Painting Polar Bears
