The school day is from 8:55am - 3:30pm. The total time this amounts to in a typical week is 32.5 hours. 

School organisation times are below:

Morning drop off & Afternoon pick up

Please remember to park sensibly when dropping / picking up from school – anybody parking dangerously will be asked to move their car immediately. 

All children are expected to be in school by 9am. Anybody arriving after this time will be marked ‘late’ in the register and this will affect attendance reports. 

Children will be dropped off and collected from different gates depending upon their class. 

Morning Playtime

KS1 - 10.15 - 10.30am

LKS2 - 10.30 - 10.45am

UKS2 - 10.45 - 11.00am

Children will be given the opportunity to watch Newsround each day.  EYFS/KS1 will be provided with a snack each day.  KS2 are welcome to bring their own healthy snack to eat during this time.

Lunctime

EYFS - 11.30 - 12.30pm

KS1/KS2 - 12.00 - 1.00pm

Tuesday - Carleton Codes, Shout Outs and Singing Practice

Wednesday - EYFS/KS1 Assembly

Thursday - KS2 Assembly 

Friday - Celebration Assembly

Children will participate in a range of assemblies throughout the year based on different themes e.g. Online safety, Celebrations of other religions and racism.
