The school nurse came to visit this week to teach the Ducklings all about being safe in the sun. This will be very useful as the weather is due to be very hot next week. Please make sure each child has a water bottle, sunhat and sunglasses in school please!

Today we had a visit from the district nurse to teach us all about the importance of staying safe in the sun. The children learned not only about applying sun cream regularly but about covering up in the sun with hats and t shirts, drinking water and seeking shade when it's too hot.
