Today we had a visit from the district nurse to teach us all about the importance of staying safe in the sun. The children learned not only about applying sun cream regularly but about covering up in the sun with hats and t shirts, drinking water and seeking shade when it's too hot.

Lola-Rose has obviously listened very well as she came home tonight and told us all about it. She enjoyed listening to the nurse.
