An unexpected visitor!
What a way to start our new topic, 'People Who help Us?!' The air ambulance (unfortunately) had to attend an emergency close to school and landed on our school field. The children loved watching it land and the paramedics dashing off to do their very important work.

Writing our ingredients
The children wrote lists of ingredients to go alongside the imaginary recipes they had made in the mud kitchen! It really got the boys interested in writing!

~Fireworks Dance
Today we watched and listened to Handel's music for fireworks. We thought of lots of diiferent words to describe the fireworks; explode, twirl, twist, zoom, sparkle. After that we put movements to the words and cretaed a dance together.
