Learning about hijabs

Our trip on the Naughty Bus
What a wondeful time we had today when we got to ride on the 'real' Naughty Bus! The children loved the experience of paying for their ticket, riding on the top deck and spotting all the sights of Blackpool and Cleveleys. We were all relieved that Naughty Bus was very well behaved.

Exploring the Snow
Today we made the most of the dusting of snow we had and wasted no time in getting outside. The children loved making footprints, having snowball fights and experiencing the effects of heat on snow.

The arrival of the Naughty Bus
This morning the children came in to school to find The Naughty Bus had caused mayhem in the classroom! He had made such a mess and left the Ducklings a note asking for help. We hope the children enjoy their adventures with The Naughty Bus this week.

Addition in the Ducklings

Hundertwasser- Art and DT days

Exploring the frost and ice
Today we took advantage of the wonderful Winter weather and went outside to have some fun. The children loved smashing the ice and taking it indoors to explore the effects of the warm classroom.

Tricky word hopscotch

Exploring ice
Today some of the children braved the cold and went outside to search for hailstones. The children discussed how it felt and the effects of holding it in their warm hands. We even had a mini snowball fight!
