Falcons' Electrical Circuits
The children in Falcons have thoroughly enjoyed creating electrical circuits. They discussed how to adapt the different components within their circuit such as how to make the bulb shine brighter. They then discussed how these electrical circuits could be used to enhance their roller coasters and improve the overall appearance and running of their roller coaster.

Meeting Kanaya, a Masai Warrior
Today we had the amazing opportunity to face time Miss Wilson's mum who is on holiday in Tanzania. She had arranged for her guide to talk to the children about life in Tanzania. Kanaya told the children a true story about a time he got lost in the wild for eleven days. During that time he became friends with a lion who brought him meat and eventually led him back to his village. Kanaya showed us his traditional Masai warrior clothes, his machete knife and how he talks to his cows. He also showed us some tribal dancing where he shakes his shoulders and jumps very high. We could have listened to Kanaya all day and would like to thank Kanaya and Miss Wilson's Mum for taking time out of her holiday to talk to us and of course Miss Wilson for arranging it.
World Book day Falcons Read with EYFS
We have thoroughly enjoyed World Book Day; where the children in Falcons read to the children in EYFS. Each child brought in their favourite book and Falcons children helped bring these books alive by reading to them to these children. We enjoyed it so much that we are definitely going to do it again!!
Ducklings celebrate World Book Day
The children have loved sharing their favourite books with the older children and with their talking partners. We loved having hot chocolate to drink while we read our books. It was lovely!
