A CRASH landing!

This morning we discovered the most peculiar thing had happened in our classroom overnight. A little bear, wearing yellow wellies and a colander for a hat, had landed in what looked like a cardboard box. The bear had lots of clues around him and luckily, we had lots of curious children to get to the bottom of this mystery. 

Who was it? 

Why has it happened here? 

How did it happen? 

When did it happen and what exactly had happened? 

The bear had left a note, which led us to read the story 'Whatever Next'! by Jill Murphy.
