Help to melt!

This week the Ducklings were called upon to help some polar animals that were trapped in ice.

They had to investigate how they could melt the ice the quickest by adding water, salt, sugar or flour to the ice.

The Ducklings made their predictions first and then observed the changes to the melting ice.

They found out that salt was the best at making the ice melt more quickly, followed by water and then sugar. Flour was the worst at helping to make the ice melt.
