Doves - Topic homework 25.6.20 - Stone Age facts
26 September 2020
This week Doves have been researching life in the Stone Age and comparing it with our life today.
We looked at how to research online and make notes of the important information.
** Can you find an amazing Stone Age fact and post it in the comments? **
You can talk to your adult about any facts you can remember from this week.
We have also been analysing non-chronological reports and discussing why each feature is important.
Next week we will be using some of the facts we found to write our own report.
Can you explain the features of a non-chronological report to your adult?
Talk about:
- Why are paragraphs and subheadings important?
- What is a caption?
- What kind of picture should we choose?
- What kind of words and language should we use?
Good luck Doves!
I am looking forward to reading your amazing facts!
