Taste Test

In science we are learning about the body. Last week we were finding out all about our 5 senses. Herons classroom was turned into the taste testing room. We had to look at the food and guess what it was or what the flavour was. Next, we had to taste the foods and describe them using adjectives. Some of the foods we tasted we really liked, some we did not!

 

What was the favourite thing about our sense carousel? Which was your favourite food and why? Which food did you not enjoy, why?

My favourite part was the touching activity. The food I didn't like was the peach but my favourite food was the custard cream.

My favourite part was getting blindfolded to touch things. My favourite food was the cake because it was delicious and scrumptious!! I liked everything but I wasn’t too keen on the plain yoghurt.

I ate bananas slices , raisins , biscuit , iced bun for tasting
I enjoyed eating all the things .
My favourite taste was the iced bun .

I liked the custard creams we tasted. My favourite picture is the group photo. Everyone looks like they are having fun.

It helped me to try new things I don’t really like to eat, and some tasted ok but others were horrid. I loved the biscuits best. It was a fun afternoon.
