Making Flowers

The other week we painted pictures of the flowers we could see in the garden. This week we are creating 3D flowers using a variety of materials such as coloured straws, tissue paper of various shapes and sizes, feathers, gummed paper, pom-poms and cupcake holders. The children have then had to find ways of securing the pieces together, they had the options of a stapler, tape or glue.

The flowers are looking fantastic amongst the painted ones on our display.
