Kestrels Outdoor Fun

Yet another fun and busy week in Kestrels.

This week we have been working on Statistics in Maths. We have been interpreting data and drawing tally charts, pictograms and bar charts.

In our English lessons we have been writing recounts and begun to look at balanced arguments.

On Friday we had our fieldtrip (on the school grounds) where we explored shapes and angles, went on a mini beast hunt, toasted marshmallows and just generally enjoyed being outside!

Well done to Harvey who is out Star of the Week this week for trying incredibly hard in all aspects of his learning.  

We are looking forward to more fun in our learning next week and we hope everyone has a lovely weekend.
