This Week in Kestrels

10th - 14th February 2020

We have had a another great week in Kestrels! 

We have been doing some more  work on writing our stories and have been learning about Fractions in Maths. 

On Friday we took part in workshops with N-Vision to learn about how visual impairments affect people and what can be done to help them. 

Friday was also Love Yourself Day - we all came to school dressed in something the expresses us and shows what makes me, me. We have a wide variety in Kestrels ranging from footballers and gymnasts to Cubs and keen gardeners.  

Isaac Was our star of the week this week, he really impressed us all with his story writing. Well done Isaac. 

Early Reminder: It will be Kestrels class turn to host Fairy Cake Friday on Friday 28th February - the first Friday after half term. 

I hope you all have a fun and relaxing half term break (remember to comment on our blog as part of your homework) and I look forward to seeing you all on Monday 24th February.

I liked it when we did dodge ball where you had a sleeping mask on and your partner had to pull you where the ball is not going to hit you it was really fun.
