This week in Doves

I learned that light goes to the object then into our eyes.
I have enjoyed listening to different music.

I enjoyed learning about light and I learnt that a light travels on a straight line.Then it reflects of an object and goes to our eye.I really liked The session when we did the the shadows with the different objects.I worked with Patrick,Emily,Jake,Ava and Oscar.We had to find out what happens if you move the torch away from the object

I enjoyed learning about light my group found out that if you have something clear then it will show the numbers and words in the shadow .Something that is not clear is opaque because it only shows the shadow.We found out that light travels in a straight line and first it hits an object then it bounces from the object into our eyes.Sometimes the light can go through the object and only some of it goes into our eyes.

*This week I have learnt that when light is covered by an object it forms a shadow.
*When it is see-through it doesn’t form a shadow.
*I was working with Cole, Joel, Harvey and Erin.

I learnt that when an object blocks light it makes a shadow and when you move the light source the shadows do different things. My favourite part of learning this week was when we were measuring everyone's height on our table and our table had the tallest all together. I was 134cm (1.34m). Our full table was 954cm (9.54m) and I added up all the numbers.

I have learnt that light travels in a straight line ,to an object ,and reflects it into our eyes.
I have enjoyed maths and mesuring,perimiter and area were lots of fun.

I have enjoyed learning about measurement my favourite part was measuring the MUPA. It is interesting to see how big it actually is.
