Happy New School Year

I hope you have all had a lovely summer holiday and are all refreshed and ready to come back to school to start our 2018-19 year as Kestrels. Mrs Hicks and I are looking forward to seeing you all on Thursday and hearing all about your summer adventures. 

We have all been working hard to get the school and our classroom ready following our delay in opening because of the refurbishment work that has been going on.

Our new topic for this coming half term will be 'Sparks Might Fly'. In preparation for this, over the next couple of days I would like you to have a look around your home and make a list of everything you can spot the uses electricity. Please bring your list in so we can explore all the different thing we know that use electricity during our lessons on Thursday and Friday. 

Enjoy these last couple of days of your holidays and I look forward to seeing you all with big smiles and raring to go on Thursday morning.
