To keep our selfs fit and healthy we have to exercise.

Today it PE we discussed all the different ways we could exercise at home. The children came up with lots of ideas including; playing in the garden, going to the park, walking to school, going for a bike or scooter ride, walking the dog, swimming, gymnastics, football, rugby and cricket. Can you think of anymore?

We talked about the effects exercise has on our bodies. We felt our hearts before and after exercise and we found out which activities made our hearts beat faster. How our breathing changes and how some of us get very red faces, especially Mrs. Wills.
