Another wonderful week in Herons.

In English the children have been learning how to write a recount of their weekend, using time connectives, personal pronouns and adjectives. We have explored the 5W's, which have helped them write their recount. It was wonderful to hear of all the linked learning from over the weekend.

In Maths the children have been doing addition, part whole and finding missing numbers. They have all worked exceptionally hard, now taking on more challenges and working more independently. 

The children have also been doing guided reading and practicing their handwriting.
