Kestrels - Welcome Back

All the Kestrels have had a great first week back in school after a long period of remote learning. The children were all really excited to be back in the classroom with their friends and it was soon like we had never been away.

Mrs Soneya, Miss Roe and myself were all also really delighted to welcome the children back, we have really missed them, teaching through a screen just isn’t the same.

In our learning this week, we have been discovering decimal and exploring explanations. We have also learnt about Ramadan and Easter as well as a lot of PSHE work about caring about others and ourselves.

Our Star of the Week this week is Zach for coming back to school with a sensible and mature attitude, ready to tackle the most difficult challenges in his learning and being fully engaged and enthusiastic about our lessons.
