Outdoor Learning Day in Herons
Today in Herons we have been learning about Guy Fawkes. We made a bonfire out of leaves and sticks and we also created a firework painting using a stick as a paintbrush.
This morning we went on an Autumn walk. We saw lots of different coloured leaves, a bare tree, berries, pine cones and muddy puddles.
We have also been learning about subtraction and we completed a subtraction hunt in our school garden.
"It's been nice because we were outside all day" said Arnie.
"I loved it because I loved how I made the painting" said Eva.
"It was brilliant because we got to find out interesting things" said Ella.
