Hello Hawks!

I hope you are all had a lovely Easter weekend. I had given up crisps for Lent so I was happy when I got lots of crisps instead of Easter eggs, sweet chilli flavour are my favourite. 

I have attached an activity to guess famous story books using emojis.

I have put a Blackpool Pleasure Beach wordsearch up following on from our topic.

Hello Mrs McEvilly!
This week I have been doing the work on the Disney curriculum. I enjoyed watching movies and researching as homework. My sister and I also made shortbread this week it was very good. I think it is Great British bake off worthy. This week I have also been doing some maths such as mental arithmetic and reasoning. I found it very fun.
I miss the class so much and I hope this is over soon.

Good afternoon Kemi!
I am so glad you have been enjoying the Disney curriculum. What movies have you been watching? I love shortbread, especially with a cup of tea and I am sure you would both make great contestants on the Great British Bake Off! So great to hear you are continuing with your Maths Kemi, which does not shock me.

Hi Mrs McEvilly I saw the video of Carleton Green during lockdown and I am surprised at how much the teachers have learnt.
I think your new dance partner will be a very good replacement. My mum has been persuading me to learn that dance and I will have a go.
Miss all of the class so much and can’t wait for this to be over.

Hi Mrs McEvily,
This week I have been doing some joe wicks in the morning and some math out of a booklet and some English after . I have also been doing a Lego challenge where I have to make something with so many bricks and in the afternoon me and my mum play this game where we have to make a obstacle course out of cones , hurdles and skipping rope .

Good morning Olivia,
I am glad you enjoyed the Disney Curriculum. How were your cupcakes? I have got a Mary Berry recipe for banana bread which I am going to make this week.
I am so glad you enjoyed the video, we have been very busy learning. My partner and I really enjoyed learning the dance, so please have a go with your mum, it is so much fun!

Hi Mrs McEvilly,
I have got a recipe for banana bread as well. It is my great grandma's recipe which tastes so good.
We have nailed the dance and just need to record it.
