Image of The Midwife's Visit

This morning Tracey the midwife came to talk to us. She showed us all the different uniforms she wears at work and let us try them on. Tracey told us how she looked after mummy's and helped them to have their babies, how she cleaned the babies and dressed them in nappies, clothes and a hat to keep them warm and the gloves, masks and aprons she wears to keep clean and stop germs going on the baby. We also learnt that a bay breathes and gets food through the placenta when it's in mummy's tummy.

We really enjoyed Tracey's visit. Thank you Tracey.
