Fire in Pudding Lane!

This afternoon a great fire spread through Pudding Lane!
In Herons we tried to use buckets of water to put out the fire, just like they did in 1666. We decided that the fire was too strong and could spread too quickly - we couldn't get the water from the river in time.
Let's hope the fire doesn't spread anymore!

I really enjoyed trying to put out the fire as a group. Making houses out of black strips was fun. The great fire of London must have been very scary...I hope it doesn't happen again!
