Welcome Back!

We have had a wonderful two days in Herons class. The children have all settled really well and have enjoyed what we have been learning. This week we have been exploring different 2D and 3D shapes; the children have shown an impressive knowledge of 2D shapes and their properties! In English, we have started our class novel 'The Enchanted Wood' and we have been using our imagination to create predictions for the story. The children have enjoyed our Art lessons this week and have worked with pencils and paint.

I like maths. I liked the maths challenges this week and tried some at home too.
