Welcome Back

I hope you all had a lovely break.

This new term at little chicks sees us start with our new topics of spring and animals. For the first couple of weeks, we are looking at our pets and pets we would like. We have been drawing pictures of our pets and copying their names. in the role play, we have created our very own vets surgery. The children are really enjoying taking care of the animals, becoming the receptionists and operating! Which seems to be their favourite treatment!!

Outside you may have noticed the new play area on the infant playground. The children have been dying to try it out and have been watching the workmen all week! Because of this, we created our very own building area for the diggers. We used planks and woodchip, and had to work out a way to transport it from one area to another. Great fun!
