Dinosaurs that walked the land

Another busy week for Little Chicks! This week we have been learning about the dinosaurs that walked the land. The children have been fantastic at naming types of dinosaurs, even teaching Miss Rickus and Mrs Stock some new ones! In the creative area we have been creating some pasta skeletons of dinosaurs, and in the construction, we have used duplo bricks to measure how tall our dinosaurs are and then counted how many. Outside we have been using the fact cards to find out how long some dinosaurs were, and then used chalk to measure them out on the playground, you might still be able to see some!
