Handa's Surprise

This week we have been reading the book 'Handa's Surprise'  and have been thinking about how the lives of children in other countries can be very different to our own. We have also been exploring the taste and texture of fruits from the story such as guava, passion fruit, mango and avacado. The Ducklings shared the story through role play in our Key Stage 1 assembly.
