Parrots' Science Investigations
The children in Parrots have been investigating the properties of different materials. Today we focused on whether a material is bendy or not bendy. The examined all different types of materials and completed a table to show whether materials are flexible. Well done Parrots - we all enjoyed being scientists.
Underarm throw
The Ducklings have been learning how to throw underarm at a target. It is quite tricky to remember to put the opposite leg to your throwing arm forward and to swing your arm behind you when you throw. Well done Ducklings. Another lovely day in the sun for PE too!
Parrots' September Big Clean
The children in Parrots have learnt all about looking after the environment through throwing rubbish away properly and re-cycling to protect our wildlife. They produced some amazing information posters and have talked about the different ways they can look after the environment. Well done Parrots.
