Groosham Grange script from scene 8. By Josh Perry

Prior to this scene, Jeffery has been taken by the monsters at Groosham Grange and has been changed – he now wears the school ring. It seems that most of the children have been turned.

 

Scene 8: The Truth

 

Headmaster: David and Jill, I would like to see you in head two room please. (Over school speaker)

David: Why, what did we do? (Moaning to Jill)

Jeffery: Hello David, how is your day?

Jill: Look at the ring on Jeffery, it glows at night.

David: Come on Jill, I’ve never met headmaster two, bye Jeff.

Jeffery: Bye!

 

(In headmaster’s office – Surprisingly, Jeffery is in the headmaster’s office before they arrive).

 

Headmaster: Ah, good to see you. Now I want you to meet the NEW Jeffery. (Putting his hand on Jeffery’s shoulder).

David: You can’t do that you fool! (Seeing that Jeffery looks strange)

Headmaster: This is YOUR fault for going into the mirror!

Jill: We only wondered where the children were. (Looking angry)

Headmaster: We have been keeping a secret from you. All of us at Groosham Grange are…

David: Humans? (Interrupting)

Headmaster: No!

Jill: Foes?

Headmaster: Just shush… all of us are… monsters. (On the word monsters, the headmaster reveals that he is a vampire).

David and Jill: Quick lets RUN!

(The headmaster reaches for the microphone and speaks to the staff over the school speaker)

Headmaster: Teachers and children turn into monsters and destroy David and Jill.

 

Scene 9: The War of Groosham Grange

 

Headmaster: FIGHT!

David: Come on Jill, let’s go. Aim for the rings.

Narrator: All of a sudden everyone except the teacher turn back to normal.

Headmaster: All teachers run out of the school before they get us.

Narrator: Then the children and David took over the school. For now the teachers are gone.
