Image of The Environment Club's; I Am A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!!! AKA Brockholes Trip.

On Thursday 16th July Carleton Green's Environment Club joined St John's Environment Club and we all took a trip to Brockholes in Preston. We had such a fantastic time. To start the day, we were picked up by coach, which is always exciting. We arrived at Brockholes to meet Dan McDermott who informed us we were taking part in 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!!!' He divided us in to two teams; The Ravens and The Unicorns. We competed against each other all day in all sorts of different Bush Tucker Trials to earn stars. These included; finding a star (with our mouth) in a bowl of baked beans, tomatoes and rice pudding, gross!! We also competed in a challenge to make the best camp fire and shelter. Although it was neck and neck for a while, Unicorns just managed to win with a whopping 11 stars. Well done!! Ant and Dec would have been proud!! A great day had by all and the sun was shining once again. Well done Year 5's, you participated well, worked well as a team, were friendly and welcoming to the St John's children and really were a credit to our school!! Fantastic!!
